  Billing: Our prices are set in United States Dollars (USD) and USD is the governing currency for all transactions. For your convenience, we may display—and you may pay—in certain local currencies. When you choose to pay in a local currency, the charge will be converted from the USD price at the exchange rate (and any conversion or cross-border fees) applied by our payment processor or your payment provider. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We use a third-party payment processor to handle all payments securely.

  Subscriptions: If you purchase a subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it beforehand. You can cancel at any time in your account settings; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

  Fee Changes: We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. You will receive at least 30 days' notice of any fee change before it goes into effect, expressed in USD (and, where relevant, in your local currency for convenience).

• 9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Court at the Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and decided according to its rules.

• 10. Changes to These Terms

  We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
